The Town and Country Planning Department, provides the following services to the public sector and the general public: 

•   Advice on development ideas, concepts, applications and planning issues;
•    Processing development applications;
•    Processing change of use applications;
•    Processing subdivision applications;
•    Processing advertisement applications;
•    Monitoring and controlling development activities;
•    Preparing development studies;
•    Civic planning projects;
•    Compiling statistical data on development in the territory; and
•    Producing maps of data in graphic form

 We are located on the First Floor of the Central Administration Complex in Road Town and we are open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
